hello exercise.
So fast forward today [well we already did but that was the introduction so ignore that] and I woke up feeling fatter. lol I dont know why I just did but I weighed on Sunday and I was 163.8 [yikes] and then today I weighed [Im weighing every other day I know it doesnt work for everyone but it works for me. i need to know when its working for me or when I need to step it up. Anyway I weighed and I was 162.8 yay!!! So that motivated me even more. I got on sneakers and done Zumba for 20 minutes then me and my kids went on a walk. I have been walking and dont really count walking as an exercise in itself but it helps right. Its better than sitting on the couch eating Cheetos just hoping to lose the weight.
